One of the greatest things you will experience in group music lessons is communicating with others in a different shared language. We offer group lessons for various instruments and studies. These classes afford the student more learning time and help with teamwork, socialization skills and motivation to practice in a fun setting. I started piano lessons at age 57 with Tempo. I highly recommend them. Tonya is flexible with my nursing job schedule and teaches to my adult learning style. I couldn't have a better combo.
We have been overwhelmed with the amazing progress our daughter has made since starting piano lessons with Tonya in January. She looks forward to her weekly lessons and is always so excited with the new skills and songs she learns with every meeting. We sincerely appreciate Tonya's approach to teaching, as she is very patient, flexible, encouraging, and goes at the student's pace, or "tempo" of learning :). We look forward to continuing Elena's lessons, and getting our son started once he's old enough.
